Minimum
Delivery Price
Aquamintenance will deliver all goods within a 40 mile radius
from the postcode SG1 when the order value is over £150.00 inclusive
of Vat. For deliverys under £150.00 or out side of our 40 mile radius
please call 0800 013 0994 for your personal quotation.
Vat
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of Vat (unless otherwise stated)
at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply
with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of
VAT.
Payment
A deposit will be required at the time of order, with all balances due
4 days before delivery or 10 days for personal cheques. The deposit is
confirmation of the legally binding contract, and is not refundable except
in accordance with your rights under the sale of goods legislation. No
goods will be delivered unless payment in full is received.
Storage
If you are unable to take delivery of goods when they become available,
storage can be arranged free of charge for a maximum of two weeks as long
as payment of full outstanding balance is made immediately. Storage for
longer periods may be arranged at “Aquamaintenance” discretion
but will be chargeable.
Title
Aquamaintenance shall retain legal ownership of the goods until payment
has been received in full.
Access
It is the customers reasonability to ensure that the goods will fit into
their chosen location, and to ensure that there is reasonable access for
delivery. Cancellation of the contract will not be accepted on the grounds
that the goods will not fit into your chosen location or because access
for delivery was not possible. We may, at our discretion offer a re-selection
of goods to an equal or higher value, subject to a 15% administration
charge and re-delivery costs being met by you.
On request we will do our best to place the goods in the desired location,
provided there is reasonable access.
Delivery
Delivery will be arranged within our normal delivery areas on designated
days. Delivery of goods will be deemed to have taken place when they are
taken from our vehicle at your chosen delivery address.
You must inspect all goods on delivery and advise us of any shortfalls
or visible damage. Should this be impractical because of packing ect.
notification of any such damage of shortfall is to be given to us within
48hours of receipt of goods.
Delivery Dates
Where goods are order for you, all delivery dates quoted at the time of
your order are estimates, whilst we will make every effort to ensure that
we honour estimated delivery dates, they do not form a fixed term of the
contract. When goods are ready for delivery, we will arrange an actual
delivery date with you.
Cancellations
Your order constitutes a legally binding contract. Cancellation will not
normally be allowed except in accordance with your rights under the sale
of goods legislation or where Aquamaintenance is in breech of our legal
obligations.
Colours & Finishes
Photographs & samples are representative of the finished product.
Whilst every effort will be made to match all colours and finishes, goods
are supplied on the understanding that there may be a slight colour, shade
or variation practically with natural products such as stone paving.
Size & Description
All sizes quoted are approximate. Sizes and product descriptions are given
in good faith from our suppliers’ information Products are manufactured
within appropriate industry measurement tolerances.
Customer Own Measurements
For all purpose cut items such as liner, underlay and plumbing we recommend
you use or consultancy service. We will accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage arising from incorrect measurements made or supplied by
customers. Orders can not be cancelled after the goods have been cut of
manufactured to sizes provided or specified by customers.
Guarantee
All goods are covered by the manufactures guarantee for a minimum of 12
months from the date of delivery some products are covered by longer warranties
where stated. Your statuary rights are not affected.
General Care of your Products
The product(s) supplied are to be used for the purpose and the manor for
which they were designed. Most manufactures include care and maintenance
advice with their products, which should be read and followed. No responsibility
will be accepted by Aquamaintenance if the care and maintenance advice
has not been followed, if in doubt of how to maintain or service your
products please do contact Aquamaintenance for advise.
These terms and conditions
do not affect your statutory rights.
